Andrew (Andy) was able to make me feel comfortable and confident in what was, for me, a strange and unfamiliar setting. Being an 'ostomate' who is also suffering from depression, PTSD and the effects of an S.T.B.I. (Severe Traumatic Brain Injury) (1983). Severe by definition is an injury causing loss of consciousness for more than six hours, and I was in an induced coma for ten days, so, hence the severe rating. Given my medical/mental health issues, I tend to suffer from a loss of confidence, however, Andy put me at ease immediately and was extremely professional. Which is all the more impressive, when one takes into consideration the fact that the consultation, was conducted on a video call.

I trust Andrew 100% with my care He’s a very good listener even though he’s probably been asked a question many times His experience and empathy is insurmountable No question is a silly question if it’s something I cannot get my head around Andrew is only too happy to explain it again and again if needed

Being naturally inquisitive myself I recognise the importance of answering questions, no matter how silly they may seem. If you don't know the answer it is best to ask! Thanks for such a lovely review.

Very personable and friendly. Listened and understood the issues I was having with my Stoma and dealt with them with empathy. Very knowledgable and informative about the products that he suggested trialing.
